Hi! I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Metabolic Balance Coach offering in-person, phone, and virtual sessions. I am based in the Riverside-South/Manotick/Barrhaven areas as well as Bourget. As well as weight loss and alternative diets I also focus on, and have lived experience with autoimmunity, women's health, and hold a certificate in pelvic floor health.
