I'm a food first Nutritional Therapist that uses Metabolic Balance to obtain a personalised diet for each of my clients. I also analyse your bloods to supplement vitamins, minerals and probiotics as required. I have done training in the psychology of eating covering eating disorders, disordered eating and overeating which I use to help reset your relationship with food. I aim to help you understand the food really is the best medicine, once you know how.
